Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNHG handles necessary data while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Our approach is to limit use to specific purposes, minimize collection, and keep account, order, and network-operation data clearly separated. By using the service, you confirm that you have read this policy. If you disagree with these practices, stop using the relevant features.
Data Collection and Use
VPNHG does not require an email address to create an account. Users set up an account with a username and password, and an email address is not required during ordinary registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, that information is used only to handle the relevant inquiry, verify account ownership, or resolve a dispute. It is not automatically made public.
The account system processes usernames, encrypted authentication data, plan status, traffic usage, and necessary security-event records to verify logins, deliver subscriptions, calculate allowances, detect unusual access, and provide customer support. The order system retains the selected plan, payment amount, order status, transaction reference information, and refund results for reconciliation, fulfillment, after-sales support, and necessary financial obligations.
Website analytics may include pages visited, referring pages, browser and device type, approximate region, visit time, and necessary network identifiers. This data is used to check that pages work properly, identify errors, and improve site structure. It is not used to build records of the content users access on international websites.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNHG follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain webpage content, search queries, transmitted content, or browsing history that could reconstruct personal network activity. The service does not build user profiles based on access destinations or use network traffic content for advertising analysis.
When providing connectivity and routing services, the infrastructure must process technical data in real time to verify identity, assign routes, measure traffic, protect security, and troubleshoot faults. This processing does not create long-term, user-level connection logs. Temporary operational records generated to investigate system anomalies or abuse are limited to what is necessary for the investigation and are deleted or de-identified once the purpose is complete.
Cookies and Local Storage
Marketing pages and the user dashboard may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. The user dashboard also stores session credentials locally so that pages can recognize a signed-in account and request the corresponding subscription information.
Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After it is cleared, login status and preferences may be lost, requiring users to sign in again or reselect their settings. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the account dashboard, order flow, or subscription delivery features from working properly.
Order Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNHG supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are completed through the applicable payment provider or network, which handles information required for the transaction under its own rules. VPNHG generally receives the payment result, amount, order status, and transaction reference information, but does not directly store complete payment credentials managed by the payment provider.
Privacy practices for third-party payment services are governed by their respective policies. VPNHG uses payment results only as necessary to place orders, confirm delivery, reconcile transactions, and process refunds. If a payment dispute arises, the relevant order records may be used to verify the transaction status and respond to the user's request.
Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account details are retained while the account remains active to provide ongoing login, subscription, and support features. Order records are retained for as long as necessary to complete delivery, reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and required obligations. Once the purpose is complete, the relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Voluntarily submitted support-ticket content is retained as needed to handle the issue and conduct any subsequent verification.
Users can open the user dashboard and submit a support ticket requesting deletion of their account or related data. VPNHG will first verify control of the account and then process the deletable data within the scope of the request. Records required for legal obligations, open orders, refund disputes, security incidents, or preventing repeated abuse may be retained until the relevant purpose ends. After an account is deleted, aggregated data that can no longer be linked to an individual is unaffected.
Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing or user rights, VPNHG will describe the main changes in a visible notice in the user dashboard. Users should review the updated policy before continuing to use the service.
