These terms apply when users access the VPNHG website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related cross-border network acceleration features. Please read and confirm that you understand these terms before using the service. Creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that you accept these terms.
Service Scope and Coverage
VPNHG provides subscription services for cross-border access, international route connections, and access to websites outside the user’s region, covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The routes, protocols, client features, and traffic allowance available to each user are determined by the user’s active subscription and the information shown in the user panel.
Routes may change because of network conditions, carrier routing, device settings, destination service policies, or necessary maintenance. VPNHG may change node entry points, connection methods, or client configurations based on route quality, capacity planning, and security requirements, while making reasonable efforts to maintain the core service associated with the subscription. Users should obtain client and subscription information from the official user panel and should not rely on unverified third-party configuration sources.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription links, and client configurations, and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or a subscription configuration is being used unusually, users should change their password promptly and stop using the old configuration.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online simultaneously, but each account and subscription is for the registered user and devices managed by that user only. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscriptions, publish subscription links publicly, or share account credentials or route configurations with others as a separate service. Bulk distribution, commercial resale, account management on behalf of others, and other activity beyond normal personal use are outside the scope of the subscription license.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable terms before placing an order. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and order history are determined by the information shown in the user panel.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, and must determine whether their specific access activities comply with applicable rules. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious software, disruption of network operations, fraud, or bulk transmission of harmful information.
Users may not send destructive automated requests to routes, websites, or the user panel; probe, attack, or interfere with VPNHG servers, interfaces, or security mechanisms; or use the service to carry out similar activity against third-party networks. Users who engage in such activity are responsible for any legal consequences arising from their devices, applications, accessed content, or methods of use.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections are affected by local networks, public Internet routing, device systems, destination website policies, and external events beyond reasonable control. Connection results may therefore vary by time, location, and route. VPNHG does not guarantee that any specific route will remain continuously available, that any third-party website will always be accessible, or that specific application features will remain unchanged indefinitely.
The service may experience brief interruptions, entry-point changes, or configuration updates while routes are maintained, faults are repaired, security incidents are handled, or necessary operational adjustments are made. Users should first update their subscription, switch to an available route, and check their client settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNHG is not liable for losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party platforms, carrier network issues, or events beyond reasonable control, except for liability exceeding the subscription service already paid for.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
Users may stop using the service at any time. If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public distribution of configurations, attacks on service facilities, interference with other users’ connections, or a serious violation of these terms, VPNHG may restrict routes, suspend the account, or terminate the service. Related features may be temporarily restricted while unusual activity is reviewed.
VPNHG may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements, and security practices. Updates will be published on this page and the last-updated date will be revised accordingly. Important changes affecting user rights or usage rules will be communicated through the website or user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms; users who disagree should stop using the service.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. The applicable process and conditions are set out on that page.
